- One can be found at Deathclaw Island, near the picnic area close to the deathclaw nest.
- One can be found at Sal's Grinders, inside the kitchen, on a counter.
- A unique variant, named "Sunny's lunch pail," can be found in the Old Crimora Mines interior, next to the top of the stairs. It contains the note Love, mother.
