Background[]
Luis Ramirez is a young initiate who was born after the Great War, commenting that the post-War world is the only one he has ever known. He and his parents arrived with the Settlers at Foundation, but he left home to join the Brotherhood after they set up base at Fort Atlas.[1] He has a friendship with Marcia Leone and she respects him.
