Lucky Jim Mine is a location in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.
Layout[]
Situated north of Ranger Station Echo, although the entrance to the mine has collapsed, the house is accessible. The small building contains a workbench, beds, shelving units, and various loot. A hollowed-out rock is found outside on the southwest corner of the shack.[1]
Notable loot[]
- A copy of Lying, Congressional Style - Found on the bottom shelf, next to the beds in the house.
Notes[]
When leaving, one may encounter fire geckos coming from their left at the bottom of the cliff. They will attack legionaries nearby, provided they have not already done so.
Appearances[]
Lucky Jim Mine appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
Behind the scenes[]
The in-game Lucky Jim Mine is located in the same geographical area as the real world Lucky Jim Camp in Clark County, Nevada.

You can also leap onto the shack roof and take pot-shots at Geckos without fear of retaliation. There isn’t actually a mine here anymore, although Bootjack Cavern [6.S10] is on the other (western) side of the mountain ridge the Mine House sits on. Bootjack Cavern is easily accessed from Highway 95."
