The note can be found at Old Crimora Mines, in the upper levels, immediately to the side of the stairs upon reaching the top. It is in a container named Sunny's lunch pail.

The name of the lunch pail that this note is found in (Sunny's lunch pail) differs from the person it is addressed to, Jebodiah. There is a unique movable static object in the form of a skeleton that is meant to represent Sunny, according to its editor ID. Sunny is only mentioned in the name of the lunch pail and in the editor ID of the unique skeleton.
