Lost data is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Steel Dawn.

The note is located in the Enclave research facility, on the northern side of the main command center, on a red and white desk.
Transcript[]
It's all gone, 15 years of data, lost. I was able to recover fragments from our data buffers.
The logs showed SODUS detected an unknown pathogen from above. She recalled the scouts and then completely wiped our systems.
After that, she disabled our air filtration systems and started pumping in air straight from the surface. I have to stop her before she kills us all.
