The note can be found on the top floor of the Rose Room on the desk next to Antonio Russo's terminal, if Abbie Russo chooses to leave the family during Sins of the Father.

I can't let on to Evelyn just how much this is killing me. Ever since Abbie left, my head's been filled with this fog. It's like my brain's a car and the driver's slamming on the breaks. The answers to simple questions evade me. I often walk into rooms wondering why I went in there in the first place.
What scares me more than anything, is that these are the exact symptoms I first read about when I began researching dementia. Is this some sort of karma?! Can't let myself think like that. It's probably all just psychosomatic.
It's just stress, plain and simple.
