The long sniper barrel is a weapon mod in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

When equipped on a handmade rifle, it appears with an elongated barrel. The weapon gains increased effective weapon range and accuracy when aiming down sights at the cost of reduced accuracy when hip-firing.

The long sniper barrel does not spawn as loot. It can be crafted at a weapons workbench.
It may appear equipped on handmade rifles carried by Disciples/Operators/Pack in Nuka-Town USA as well as any parks/outposts they are assigned to during the Nuka-World raider questline.
