Lobotomite mask and goggles is a piece of headwear in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Characteristics
It's a torn patient hood of the Big Empty worn by lobotomites, with a respirator, some headphones, and straps to attach them all. In the picture to the right the goggles are actually night-vision goggles combined with the outfit.
