When installed into Light Switch 02 and activated, this lighting turns all the lights in The Sink a red color, which provide a +2 bonus to Charisma and a +5 bonus to Barter and Speech for the first 12 hours after being exposed to the light.

In the Saturnite alloy research facility, upon entering turn right and step through the doorway into the factory. Immediately to the left is a cabinet with the holotape in it.
