Lickety-Split is a unique version of the railway rifle with an Enclave paint scheme.
It drops with the following effects:
- Juggernaut's: Damage increases up to +100% as health increases.
- Crippling: +50% limb damage.
- Resilient: When reloading, gain +500 to all resistances.
- Fracturer's: When crippling limbs, they explode and deal up to 50 explosion damage to nearby targets.
- -20% Base physical damage.
- Projectiles explode into shrapnel for 38
physical damage.
This weapon cannot have its legendary effects or paint changed, nor be traded.
