“Your Vault job has finally paid off!”

Interactions[]
- Stacks with Gunsmith and Weapon Artisan
- Licensed Plumber affects the following weapons:
Pipe bolt-action | Pipe gun | Pipe revolver |
Rose's syringer | Syringer | Vox syringer |
Notes[]
- Pipe weapons are 20%/40%/60% cheaper to repair.
- Prior to patch 1.0.5.10, the condition loss bonuses provided by each rank of the Licensed Plumber perk were 30%/60%/90%. Afterwards, they were reduced to 20%/40%/60% and the repair bonuses have also been reduced, to match the Power Patcher perk.
- This perk does not affect the lead pipe despite having "pipe" in its name.
- The analogous perk for armor is White Knight and Power Patcher for power armor. The closest analogous perk for non-pipe weapons is Gunsmith, though the perk has a maximum effect of 50% over five ranks rather than 60% over three ranks, as well as including access to higher-tier gun crafting recipes.
Behind the scenes[]
The Vault Boy is based off the Fallout: New Vegas perk Jury Rigging. The Fallout: The Roleplaying Game version of Jury Rigging also uses the Licensed Plumber version of the Vault Boy.
