The entrance to this four-story building is a blue metal door on the southeastern end of Lexington.
The stairs leading to the fourth floor and only accessible floor are trapped on the first floor with a landmine, and between the first and second floor by a tripwire and a grenade bouquet. Atop the stairs, two raiders are conversing in a two-room apartment. The first room contains a kitchen area, a sofa and a TV, and a bed. An explosives box is on the kitchen counter. The second room is on the outside, behind the blue metal door. It used to be a bathroom before its wall collapsed.
- At the top of the staircase, there is a pile of bloody human remains. Codsworth comments that he doesn't even want to know what happened here.
- The building can be entered from the top by climbing the long fire escape to the top of the adjacent building and jumping down to the crumbled top floor of the apartments.
The Lexington apartments appear only in Fallout 4.
