Legendary Charisma is a legendary perk in Fallout 76, introduced in the One Wasteland For All update.
Effects[]
Gives additional Charisma and matching perk points. It is limited to fifteen perk points total, but the Charisma stat can be raised above 15.

Charisma points gained by equipping Legendary Charisma will not count towards sharing perk cards.
- If you had 3 Charisma before equipping Legendary Charisma 3, your total Charisma points will be 6, but you won't be able to share rank 2 perk cards.
- If you plan on sharing higher ranked perk cards, it is recommended to move points from another SPECIAL into Charisma and then equip and rank up its corresponding Legendary SPECIAL instead.
