Dr. Laura Stewart was the head researcher in the St. Aubin medical facility before the Great War.

Background[]

Robobrain research[]

Dr. Stewart was employed by General Atomics. Along with the rest of the scientists in her division, she studied robobrain technology, with the aim of extracting brains from human beings without causing damage to the brains. The practice of isolating and suspending brains in biomedical gel, which sustained all necessary brain functions, was discovered as a result. However, it remained unclear how long the process would keep the brains alive.[1]

Underground Lab[]

Dr. Stewart did not like working in the newly built research facility underneath the Point Lookout Lighthouse. Small leaks were beginning to form all over the facility, causing her to question the safety of the structure. She looked to a friend, Michaelson, to bring in an expert and have the facility examined.

As head of the facility, employees such as Adam Tomco lodged complaints with her about harassment sustained at the hands of others, namely Danielson and Peruto. Tomco asked for advice on what they should do to handle the blatant nepotism occurring at the facility.[2]

Appearances[]

Laura Stewart is mentioned only in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout.
