The Last Resort is a bar and post-War business in Highway Town, tended by Millstone. It appears in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

Layout[]
The Last Resort is located at the far end of Highway Town's interior, across from the main elevator entrance. It is connected to the rest of the settlement and has two floors, with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the main bar floor. Various residents of Highway Town populate the bar, with Millstone acting as its bartender, while the Ghoul has set up his bounty hunting enterprise in a corner of the seating area. There is a stage on the first floor, while a storage area can be found behind Millstone, containing a brewing station. On the second floor, there is a barber shop set up by a generic settler, but it cannot be used or interacted with by the player.
Outside of the Last Resort itself, a bounty board has been set up by the entrance for use by prospective bounty hunters to announce their targets.

- Might Makes Right - The player character is prompted to enter the Last Resort during this quest and ask the bartender, Millstone, for information on Runt's whereabouts.
- Grunt Hunt - This side quest can be started by taking a bounty from the pile on the table where the Ghoul is found at the Last Resort.
- Head Hunt - This public event can be started by placing a wanted poster on the bounty board outside the entrance to the Last Resort.
