Last Laugh is a Luck-based perk in Fallout 76.

Last Laugh grants a chance to drop randomly selected grenade from your inventory upon entering the downed state in combat, rather than actually dying.

Notes[]
- Depending on how far away the dropped grenade rolls, it may eliminate the user. Due to having 1 HP, any amount of damage will finish off the downed player.
- Prior to a patch, this perk had a misleading description, stating that it dropped the grenade upon death, rather than being downed.
