“In combat, you do +10% damage against female opponents. Outside of combat, you'll sometimes have access to unique dialogue options when dealing with the opposite sex.”— In-game description
Lady Killer is a perk exclusive to a male Courier in Fallout: New Vegas.
Effects[]
Taking this perk grants a +10% bonus to damage against enemies of the opposite sex and access to unique dialogue options with certain characters of the opposite sex outside of combat. This identifies the Courier as a heterosexual or a bisexual if paired with the Confirmed Bachelor perk.
