Labor yard openings is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the Trench in the Pitt during From Ashes to Fire. It is found at the end of the train tunnel near the vertibird landing zone, on a green table next to a ham radio.

We've got some openings in the labor yard since the Sanctum keeps burning through the good ones.
I know you're on recon duty, but if you spot folks leaving the trainyard by themselves, corner them and slap them with a collar. Then drag 'em over to me. They'll kick and scream a bunch, but that will stop eventually.
