---|
Kyle is a super mutant guard stationed at the Los Angeles Vault, where he guards the airlock door on Level 1. He appears in Fallout.
Background[]
An erudite and highly intelligent Nightkin, Kyle is tasked with clearing anyone wishing to enter the Master's Vault. He takes his job seriously and does not assume everyone coming up, even in Cathedral purple, has noble intentions and insists on proper procedure being followed,[1] quickly picking up on any lapses of security or questions suggesting an intruder.[2]
Kyle is not a follower of the Master by coercion, but by choice: He considers himself a human like any other, merely reborn into a new body under the Master's guidance. While he does not like all that the Unity stands for, he believes it is the best chance humanity has for peace. He considers any divide between regular humans and mutated humans to be foolish bigotry, in fact, and despite his reservations was entrusted with what's perhaps one of the most sensitive postings in the Unity.[3]
