Kyle was a laboratory technician at the Greater Mass Blood Clinic in Fort Hagen, Massachusetts in 2077.
Background[]
He was a part of a ring of conspirators who were stealing medical supplies from the clinic and selling them on the black market. Kyle was responsible for passing merchandise onto contacts.[1]
