Kurisu is a tribal from the Primitive Tribe in 2241, who, in 2253, becomes leader of the Blackfoot tribe.

Kurisu is a young tribal girl kidnapped by slavers. She is also the sister of Sulik, a tribal warrior. Although Sulik's quest was to find her, he never did. She somehow appeared many years later somewhere in the Southwest and became leader of the Blackfoot tribe.

Van BurenEdit

Other interactionsEdit

  • The Chosen One and Sulik were meant to search for the latter's sister, who had been kidnapped by slavers. Unfortunately, this quest was cut and the slave camp along with Kurisu herself are nowhere to be found.
  • The Prisoner can make her a companion if they convince her to leave her tribe, this is only possible if there's a backup leader, (such as Chagas), available for the tribe.

Kurisu was first mentioned in Fallout 2, but was not given a name. She was initially meant to be found in the game, but this quest was eventually left unfinished and Kurisu was cut from the final version.

She also was to appear in Black Isle's canceled Fallout 3 project (Van Buren) as a joinable ally. It is not certain if she will appear in any future Fallout game.

Behind the scenesEdit

Her name was revealed in the Van Buren leaks. The name Kurisu is a joke concerning Avellone's first name: "Chris" is pronounced クリス (Kurisu) when transliterated into Japanese.
