Assuming the files on Herbert Dashwood's computer are factual or the segment The Adventures of Herbert "Daring" Dashwood on Galaxy News Radio is nonfiction, King Crag was the mayor of Rockopolis. He offered Herbert and Argyle shelter during the summer 2248. However due to an incident with Crag's daughter, Herbert and Argyle were exiled.
