Obtaining
To gain the perk, the Sole Survivor has to reach maximum affinity with Robert MacCready after completing his personal quest.
Effects
The player character has 20% greater chance to hit an enemy's head in V.A.T.S.
Bugs
This perk's accuracy bonus is incorrectly set to give the player a 2000% accuracy increase (20x) instead of the documented 20%. This results in a 95% hit rate for most headshots in V.A.T.S, as long as the enemy is within the range of the currently equipped weapon. [verified]
