To gain the perk, the Sole Survivor has to reach maximum affinity with Robert MacCready after completing his personal quest.
Effects
The player character has 20% greater chance to hit an enemy's head in V.A.T.S.
Bugs
This perk's accuracy bonus is set to give the player a 2000% accuracy increase instead of the documented 20%. This resulted in a consistent 95% hit rate headshot in VATs [verified]
