Frog Morton (one of the four Morton Brothers) is the leader of a gang in Fallout 2.
While working for Sheriff Marion of Redding, the Chosen One will be commissioned to kill Frog Morton and his gang, as they are causing trouble for the town. He and his band of ruffians can be found hiding out near the elevator entrance to the Wanamingo Mine on the west side of town. Upon killing Frog Morton and his gang you will be awarded 3000 xp points, as well as $1000 after returning to the Sheriff.
Following completion of this quest, you are likely to encounter random attacks on the world map, led by one of Frog Morton's three brothers; Toad Morton, Newt Morton and Snake Morton. Each Morton brother is accompanied by his own gang.
Frog Morton and his gang will only appear after you have acquired the quest from Sheriff Marion.
