Simply kill Darion (near where the big computer is inside every vault, 3rd to your right) and you'll be awarded a generous amount of experience.
Bugs
You may encounter a bug, where the squatters leader will say, "Why the hell did you kill him, we are going to die.", whereas him dying should've saved him.
