Kenneth Wenzel was an actor working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation at Nuka-World before the Great War. He played the Quartz Jester in King Cola's Court.[1]

Kenneth was one of the employees who hid inside the employee tunnels during the initial attack of the Great War. Eventually, he turned into a feral ghoul like most of the others.[2]
