Kenneth Aguilar was the president of the Sunset Sarsaparilla Company before the Great War. His email was managed by his secretary, Miss Paige.

Background

Kenneth received a follow-up email from Lucas Nash, the vice president of sales at RobCo, inquiring about his experience thus far with a recent purchase. Nash mentions that Kenneth's company has been and continues to be a valued customer and to contact him with any questions. Kenneth responds positively, empathically expressing his satisfaction and inquiring as to when more of the new models previously purchased would be available. He also sent a glowing email in regard to the specific benefits of the new automated janitorial system, including the Mister Handy model known as Mr. Janitor, including the model's success in keeping stray bottle caps out of the machinery.

In correspondence with fellow Sunset Sarsaparilla employees, Aguilar discusses the overwhelming and unexpected business a recent rumor has brought the company, of a contest that does not exist. The company was flooded with calls and messages asking if it's true that they are redeeming bottle caps for prizes. The director of public relations, Nathan Stanley, asked if he should make an official statement denouncing this rumor to which the president staunchly disagreed. He explained that sales were up 300% since these rumors started and had no intention of putting an end to it.

He then reached out to the vice president of technology, Marcus Brody to start a project related to the rumor and the success it had brought, mentioning he wanted to rope in the advertising group to bring his idea to fruition. He let Brody know that a meeting would be set up shortly, and then ended the email by asking him how he felt about cowboys.
