Kamikaze is a Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout Tactics trait. It is present as a Perk in the datafiles of Fallout 3, but not implemented.

Fallout and Fallout 2

By not paying attention to any threats, you can act a lot faster in a turn. This lowers your armor class to just what you are wearing, but you sequence much faster in a combat turn. You have no natural armor class. You must wear armor to have an armor class. Your sequence gets a +5 bonus.

Fallout 3

Provides +20 AP but costs 20 Damage Resistance.

Found in Fallout 3 data files (GameEffects/ActorEffect/Ability/PerkKamikaze), prerequisites and description unknown. As Fallout 3 has no traits at all, it was probably cut at an early stage of development.

Fallout: New Vegas

Template:FNV You get 10 extra action points, but your Damage Threshold is reduced by two[1]. The icon is also changed from the old icon.

Fallout Tactics

By not paying attention to any threats, you cause a lot more damage (+25% more damage). This lowers your armor class to just what you are wearing (No Agility bonus to armor class), but you do more damage with every attack.

J.E. Sawyer's Fallout RPG

By not paying attention to any threats, you can rush in where angels fear to tread. You are easier to hit, but you act earlier in combat. -2 to Evade, +4 to Combat Sequence.

Behind the scenes

Kamikaze in Japanese means "Divine Wind", referring to two windstorms that destroyed an overwhelming Mongolian naval force about to attack Japan in the 13th century, and was used in World War II to refer to Japanese suicide attackers.
