This mod increases the K9000 cyberdog gun damage by 2, from 26 to 28.

- The Sink: Sold by the Sink Central Intelligence Unit after obtaining the "Resla Roil" holotape from the X-13 research facility.
Notes[]
After buying the mod, one can go back to the X-13 research facility and download another schematic. The player can then buy it from the Sink again.
Behind the scenes[]
The name of the modification is a mispronunciation of "Tesla coil". This is a reference to the popular cartoon dog, Scooby-Doo, who often replaced the first letter of words with the letter "r".
