Justin Greene is the sheriff of the Hub in 2161.

Justin's main problem is the Hub's chief criminal, Decker. He is a straight, honest cop, unlike his father and predecessor, who had some dealings with Decker. His grandfather, Roy Greene, helped to negotiate an agreement that ended the Great Merchant Wars. His righthand man is Deputy Fry.

- Take down Decker: Greene will instantly turn away childkillers. If however, this is not the case, and the Vault Dweller solves Justin's Decker problem, he will be rewarded with 1300 bottle caps.
