Jules Verne (February 8, 1828 – March 24, 1905) was a French writer.
Background[]
Jules Verne was an influential novelist, poet and playwright who wrote many early science fiction novels. Curie references Verne's novel Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea when speaking about an undersea voyage.[1] At Eden Meadows Cinemas, he is mentioned in the film description of the movie Into the Hollow Earth.[2]
