This note can be found on a Rust raider that spawns with a burning deathclaw and handler, in the construction zone in the southeastern area of The Rust Kingdom across from Sand Fork Lumber. They will patrol the construction zone area in a loop, but the rust raider may separate from the deathclaw and handler.

I hate being assigned patrols with the Deathclaw guys, one of these days those wild beasts are gonna turn on them and kill us all! Just wait and see.
