The note can be found at the railroad service yard, in an orange New Appalachian Railroad boxcar to the north, behind some crates.

It seems like things are on the up for us! We stopped by Highway Town today to sell the junk we managed to scavenge over the last few days. While we were there, Brett got word of an abandoned railroad service workshop not too far away, so we followed the train track south to see if it'd be a good place to setup a more permanent base.
We arrived about an hour ago. It's looking to be a really good option. It's strange that it hasn't been occupied already! There's lots of buildings in good condition and open train cars that we could make into actual livable spaces! There's only one issue really, the main workshop building is locked up and looks like it's set up to warn people away. Not to mention, there's also some pretty strange sounds coming from inside...
