Joshua is one of Helen's sick kids in 2253.
Background[]
Joshua was raised by the Followers of the Apocalypse. He is a "jet-baby," and has poorly developed lungs. He cries a lot, and wears glasses.[1] Being in the care of Helen has seen him unintentionally infected with a "Road Strain" of Limit 115.[2]

Quests[]
- Heal Helen's Kids: Joshua has a lung problem that the Prisoner can begin to treat. This requires mutated fruit, Buffout, Jet, and bio med gel.[3]
Effects of player's actions[]
Attacking Joshua, or indeed any of the children, will cause them to flee and Helen and Eddie will turn hostile and run to their aid.[4]
Other interactions[]
If the Prisoner succeeds in creating a cure for the plague, Joshua can be cured.[5]
