Josh Jay is an artist who worked at Bethesda Game Studios on Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 as a world artist.
He designed several pieces of technology present in the games, such as the Vault Star super reactor, as well as the Black Rider and War Rider power armor skins in Fallout 76.
