Johnny's note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update. It is written by Johnny.

The note can be found in the Vault 63 atrium, upper level, on a cabinet in the secret area behind the waterfall of the nursery. It can only be found during the quest Between The Lines.
