Joseph A. "Joe" Sanabria is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as a senior artist.

Work on the Fallout series[]
Sanabria was the person responsible for deciding the HUD color in Fallout: New Vegas.[1] He was also the one to develop the designs of the New Vegas Strip casinos,[2] along with being the lead artist for the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money, determining the architectural style of the Sierra Madre.[3]

Joshua Sawyer: I can't remember, but most of the casino designs were developed by Joe Sanabria. There may be some videos online in which Joe talks about them. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Joshua Sawyer: Joe Sanabria was the lead artist for Dead Money and I believe he came up with the style. James Garcia did the modeling and texturing, I think.
