Joe's Spuckies is an unmarked location in the Financial District of Boston in 2287. It is part of the Postal Square buildings.

Layout
Inside this building is a group of Gunners and their Mister Gutsy. An armor workbench and a weapons workbench are on the main floor, behind the barrier around the front door. Also on the main floor are a duffle bag, an explosives box, and a chem cooler. Some chems are next to a mattress and a trunk on the upper floor.
The roof of the building features an Advanced-locked safe and a first aid box on two levels above the entrance, as well as a dead raider next to a chem box and an ammo box to the south. The roof is accessible by an elevator that may be used to reach the top of the adjacent building to the east, north of The Shamrock Taphouse; a rusted ramp connects the two roofs. Other minor loot can be found on the surrounding accessible rooftops, which connect to the elevated highway to the northwest.
Notes
One of the Gunners on the upper floor wields a missile launcher.
