Joanna Tibbett was formerly the vice-president and president of the New California Republic. She is also the shortest lasting president of the NCR having only served five consecutive years, taking over the remaining three years from President Tandi's term and serving two years of a term she won in an election. Joanna Tibbet is also the only President to have been replaced while still in office.
Background
Joanna Tibbett was the vice-president for president Tandi. When Tandi died in 2248, Tibbett was then sworn into office as president and served the three years of Tandi's term.
