Jet antidote is a consumable in Fallout 2. It cures the addiction effects of Jet.
Characteristics
Jet antidote is a chem in Fallout 2. It is an important part of the power struggle between Vault City and New Reno over Redding, and comes about as a result of the Find some endorphin blockers to make a cure for Jet quest.
Quests
Deliver a sample of jet to Dr. Troy: when the Chosen One manufactures the cure, Dr. Troy gives them two vials of the antidote, one of which is passed on to Doc Johnson in Redding to cure the miners of their jet addiction. The Chosen is free to keep the second vial for themselves. The jet antidote is unique in that it can be used an infinite number of times without being consumed, effectively allowing them to use jet anytime they want without fear of addiction. Players who use the unofficial patch, however, cannot do this: they have to buy more in San Francisco.

Notes
If one doesn't find the right track to find the cure it can get it from the gun merchant on the PMV Valdez, who (curiously) carries almost no guns but loads of drugs, plus has several vials of jet antidote which are replenished if one buys them. The Chosen One can then take one to Doc Johnson and that throws a wrench in Mordino's plan to take over Redding. It also makes it more likely that Redding joins forces with Vault City.
