Jesco was a raider in Appalachia prior to 2102.
Background[]
Jesco and one of his associates made a plan to rob the bootlegger's shack. His associate killed "the old man" who owned the shack, but was unable to find the key to its basement despite Jesco telling them where it should have been. They eventually gave up and returned to Bog Town, leaving an angry note for Jesco.[1]
