Janice Wilkins is found dead on Vault 101's lower level during Trouble on the Homefront.
Background
Little is known about Janice Wilkins, besides the fact that she was married to Jim Wilkins, who is also found dead during Trouble On The Homefront. One of the other Vault residents mentions that the whole of the Wilkins family died on the night James left the vault.
