Jacob Hanover was the human resources director at Hornwright Industrial before the Great War.

Background[]

As the HR director, Hanover was responsible for overseeing the training of new company executives. However, Daniel Hornwright was disappointed in him following a long string of "spineless" executives Hanover promoted, and threatened to fire him if he did not update the senior executive exam and find better candidates for the job.[1]

On October 1, 2077, he issued a memo to staff informing them of the new employee keycard and non-disclosure agreement policies.[2] On October 3, he issued another memo to staff informing them of the closure of their offices after the unrest in Welch.[3] He also assigned Gregory to log all of the Human Resources department's files in the headquarters archival system.[4]

Appearances[]

Jacob Hanover is only mentioned in Fallout 76.
