McDaniel was tasked with replacing the center eye socket on a Mister Gutsy under Repair Order G-421.[1] At some point after substation A was converted to a smoking lounge Tony Delano sent McDaniel to repair the facility's air filtration system due to it becoming consistently overtaxed by the smoke.[2]
