J.J. Browne is an Outcast scientist. It is known that he was working on a research of Missile Launcher trying to increase its accuracy. The result was the Miss Launcher. After that the research was continued by L.J. Rogers.
Appearances
Player doesn't meet J.J. Browne in person. The scientist is only mentioned in a computer record on the lower level of Fort Independence.
