In Fallout 76, the song can be heard on Appalachia Radio.
The song also plays in the Fallout TV series season 2 teaser trailer and in the season 1 premiere episode "The Innovator", starting when Reg McPhee and Marianne are in the inbreeding support group meeting in Vault 33, and continuing in Vault 31, when Bud Askins is trying to talk Norm MacLean into getting into a cryo pod.
