Irr. Dandy Boy Apples or irradiated Dandy Boy Apples are a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
Dandy Boy Apples are a product from the pre-War company Dandy Boy, consisting of candied apples packaged in a red cardboard box. Consuming them restores a small amount of Hit Points, but also results in a rather large dose of Radiation (more than their non-irradiated counterpart). Additionally, they can help stave off starvation.
