Brass knuckles | Steel knuckles |
Deathclaw gauntlet | - |
Power fist | Fisto! The Shocker |
Spiked knuckles | Plunkett's Valid Points |
Unarmed | - |
Notes[]
- The perk's effect is a straight damage bonus for unarmed attacks, but does not increase the Unarmed skill level.
- The perk synergizes well with the Finesse, Grim Reaper's Sprint, Ninja, Paralyzing Palm, and Survival Expert perks.
- While Iron Fist is unavailable as a perk for the player character in Fallout: New Vegas, it is present in the game; an NCR Ranger named Stella can be encountered in the Legion arena at the Fort (only by a male Courier as a female will not be permitted to fight) during Laurifer Gladiator. She possesses all three ranks of the perk giving her punches increased damage, which is referenced by Otho when he comments on how Stella had previously managed to kill a centurion in the arena despite being a woman.
