Intercepted message is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

The note can be found on a desk inside the Abraxodyne office, a building interior within the city of Athens.
Transcript[]
Abraxodyne is cornering us out of the market. Whether it's prime real-estate or some dinky field, they are outbidding us every step of the way.
Surveys of the 2050's fire sites came back as expected. Widespread burning springs, likely connected to a massive natural gas reservoir. Their frequency over the years only increases the potential value in this land.
None of that matters if we can't get firm footing here. Big Meadows was a failure, and the Harper's Ferry site would need decades of work to reach anywhere close to here. Running out of options.
That said, I cannot in good conscience recommend that crackpot Lewisburg plan. I've no reason to believe the reservoir extends that far out. There's a good chance we've gotten false information on how lucrative that site could be.
